did a little more research, and found a list of race records from Mike Hailwoods personal notebooks. This bike is the 1961 Honda that he rode, it is a 250 cc 6cylinder model that he used to win the 250 title that year. After looking at the records it seems like every race he entered on this bike got him a 1st place finish. thanks
